From the same poem by Nâzim Hikmet that Pete Seeger put into music in I Come and Stand at Every Door.
This translation is closer to the Turkish original than the one sung by Pete Seeger.

Da / From: Against the Nuclear Tests
This little girl is at your door,
At every door, at every door.

And I am she you cannot see,
I am at your door, at every door.
I am at your door, at every door.

And for this child will never be
That love and laughter you have known.

At Hiroshima do you see
My flesh was seared to bone,
My flesh was seared to bone.
My hair was blue aflame,
Hot were my poor eyes, hot my hands.
Now just a trace of ash remains
Where I had played on smiling sands.
Stranger, what can you do for me,
This little ash, this little girl?
This human child like paper burned

Dry ash the cooling wind shall swirl,
Dry ash the cooling wind shall swirl
This little maid unseared by strife.

Oh stranger please do this for me.
Your name for mankind's peace and life,
And peace and life for all like me,
And peace and life for all like me.

la mia carne è stata bruciata fino all’osso,
la mia carne è stata bruciata fino all’osso.
I miei capelli sono stati arsi bluastri,
ardenti erano i miei poveri occhi, ardenti le mani,
ora rimane solo un po’ di cenere
dove avevo giocato sorridendo sulla sabbia.
Straniero, cosa puoi fare per me,

e pace e vita per tutti quelli come me,
e pace e vita per tutti quelli come me.

Versione spagnola di Gustavo Sierra da La Zamarra de Gustavo
LA NIÑITA MUERTA

Esta niñita está a vuestra puerta,
en cada puerta, en cada puerta.

Y yo soy ella a la que no podéis ver,
estoy a vuestra puerta, en cada puerta…

Y porque esta niña nunca será
ese amor y risa que habéis conocido.

En Hiroshima, lo ves,
mi carne se quemó hasta el hueso…
mi pelo fue azul por las llamas,
calientes estuvieron mis pobres ojos, calientes mis manos.

it seems that the italian version is translated from the english one rather than original. The double translation makes the poem quite away from its original meaning. I'd suggest you to find a better translation, because the original in turkish is really wonderful.

We have the translation of the original poem, both in English and in Italian in the page of the most famous song taken from the same poem, I Come and Stand at Every Door
