Lidi ma čhaje

Črne črne lase [1]
ciganke partizanke:
siđe iz gore, čhaje moje [2]
na svom bijelom konju
Iza mene banda
viče partizanka -
Hajmo u boji, bratje moji [3]
Smrt fašizmu!

Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi, Lidi, Lidi, Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi, Lidi, Lidi, Lidi ma čhaje... [4]

Tvoje lepo listje [5]
moja gorska sestra
se vrnilo bo še tak'
z svojim zelenilom,
moja bolja mladost [6]
temna gorska sestra
pa ne vrne, še ne bo
z menoj nikoli več.

Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi, Lidi, Lidi, Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi ma čhaje,
Lidi, Lidi, Lidi, Lidi ma čhaje...

Črne črne lase
ciganke partizanke:
siđe iz gore, čhaje moje
na svom bijelom konju
Iza mene banda
viče partizanka -
Hajmo u boji, bratje moji

An ensemble of musicians coming from various experiences, ‘Zuf de Žur, Arbe Garbe and Inzirl, collects here to present an exuberant line up of folk-infused punk-rock tracks dipped in Balkan and Caribbean rhythms. The Rubbish Bins (so is the translation from Slovenian) emphasize their condition of living close to a frontier (Italy-Slovenia) delivering an interesting mix of sounds coming from the three local languages: Friulian, Italian and Slovenian.
“Bye bye Bombe” and “Une la lune” had a long run on national Radio programmes such as Caterpillar and Demo." - Kosovni Odpadki
