I CAN Children are South Sudan unaccompanied Refugee children in Bidibidi Refugee camp in Uganda who would like to raise up their voice through their music as victims of South Sudan war. I CAN South Sudan an organization formed by South Sudan singer Stephen Wandu (Ambassadeur Koko), Seme Ludanga and Kyobutungi Angela a Ugandan born have come forward to engage these children in social activities such as music to heal their trauma and allow them express themselves to the world
