E' così curioso che il sette novembre sia la data della morte di Leonard Cohen e anche quella della nascita di Joni Mitchell. Alla loro storia d'amore Lauren Fox ha addirittura dedicato un doppio cd nel 2013 dal titolo "Love, Lust, Fear & Freedom: The songs of Joni Mitchell & Leonard Cohen". Nel 1970 era di loro che Joni cantava in:
