Oh, it's not a victory now

No Nations No Nukes

No Nations No Nukes
[1982]

Da questa pagina del sito dell'autrice:

"In 1982 a collection of various anti-authoritarians, anarchists, syndicalists and libertarians,
formed a coalition for the big June 6th New York City Disarmament march
that drew 1 million people. Below are some photos of the group's activities, including tabling at a pre-March forum; burning the flags of all the nations at the United Nations (which drew lots of press--who were pretty ticked when they saw how tiny our flags were. Tip, burn big flags!!)
Organizer Carol Moore (pink shirt and short dyed black hair) brought her guitar (in front of the Stop WW III artwork -- yes, my scanner sucks) and sang the No Nations - No Nukes theme song (lyrics below). And forty-odd anti-statists of all stripes marched behind the No Nations - No Nukes banner. It was quite a high singing our theme song as we strode past the United Nations!!!"
No Nations, No Nukes. Oh, listen people now.
