SMYRNAİZMIR

Smyrna, mother dear, is burning [1], and so is all that made up our livesAnam İzmir yanıyor, yanıyor ve yaşamımız da
Our pain can not be told, our grief can not be written down.Acımız söylenemez, derdimiz yazılamaz.

Romiosyni, Romiosyni,[2] there is no rest for youRumluk, rumluk artık huzur bulmayacaksın
one year you live in peace, and thirty in the fireBir yıl barış içinde ve otuz yıl ateş içinde yaşıyorsun
Romiosyni, Romiosyni, there is no rest for youRumluk, rumluk artık huzur bulmayacaksın
one year you live in peace, and thirty in the fire…Bir yıl barış içinde ve otuz yıl ateş içinde yaşıyorsun…

Romiosyni, Romiosyni, there is no rest for youRumluk, rumluk artık huzur bulmayacaksın
one year you live in peace, and thirty in the fireBir yıl barış içinde ve otuz yıl ateş içinde yaşıyorsun
Romiosyni, Romiosyni, there is no rest for youRumluk, rumluk artık huzur bulmayacaksın
one year you live in peace, and thirty in the fire….Bir yıl barış içinde ve otuz yıl ateş içinde yaşıyorsun…
