Una delle circa 200 canzoni censurate dalla giunta militare argentina tra il 1976 ed il 1982.‎

E a Guarany non cercarono solo di censurare le canzoni, ma di farlo proprio fuori: nel 1976 ‎ricevette minacce di morte e poi la “Triple A”, l’Alianza Anticomunista Argentina, cercò di ‎ammazzarlo a suon di bombe. Guarany fu costretto a scappare in Venezuela, in Messico e poi in ‎Spagna. Rientrato in Argentina nel 1978, il 20 gennaio dell’anno seguente fu oggetto di un nuovo ‎attentato al quale scampò miracolosamente. Decise comunque di restare in Argentina, anche se gli ‎fu interdetto di esibirsi a Buenos Aires e nei grossi centri.‎
