Don't Fear

What I believe is true doesn’t have to be true for you,
I think I’ll never know for sure and even if I did,
Why mess up our thoughts,
If it makes you doubt less
And if it makes me fear less,
You don’t have to agree or try and follow me because
what I believe is true doesn’t have to be true for you.

It’s my belief to be or not to be,
If you are and I am not doesn’t mean
we can’t both see through the eyes of peace.

If it makes it easier for you to cope,
And if it gives a meaning to my hopes,
And if it paints your world with colours,
And if in your mind it spreads all types of wonders,
Who cares if we disagree as long as
We both see through the eyes of peace.

It’s my belief to be or not to be,
If you are and I am not,
It doesn’t mean we can’t
Both see through the eyes of peace.

What I believe is true doesn’t have to be true for you.
