E affermare il diritto all’esistenza

[Wolof]
Ñun ñep ben leñu ci daarey dunya
Jëmmi jamono ben leñu ci daarey dunya
Ñun ñingi fi di xalat di ligey ci daarey dunya
Neñu bolo jema xam ax ak yelefu domu adama

[Inglese / English]
I spit out straight this is a part of my pain
You really wanna know me? Mouthrub is my name
I remember growing up back in my little stage
I never knew life was hard I would have plead to stay back
Here I am, no going back facing the torment and the ride
Why are we fighting? Why are we killing each other?
Why are we weepfing? Why are we hating each other?
White and black we all the same let’s be together
Fuck the racist now, let’s love each other
Be your brother keeper, let them feel at home
Share love and harmony, let the world to know
Let come together and let the love to grow
I pray to God for mercy and a peaceful home
And this is the kind of life now that I wish to know
I wish to own, I want the world to feel my flow
One good thing now deserve a return
We need a peaceful world and not to be hunt
It’s time for we right now to turn from our wrong
Let’s do real thing and change our song
Forget the reference’s in your mother tongue
Because it won’t be long when the Lord will come
All men way go, go speak on their own
No differences in white and black in the Heavens throne
Where ever you found yourself make it your home
And this is my pain you know

Neñu bolo jema xam ax ak yelefu domu adama

@ Alberto Scotti
