Oh yea, the times they are a-changin’, ma i modelli sono gli stessi. Oh yea, the times they are a-changin’, ma i modelli sono gli stessi. Oh yea, the times they are a-changin’, ma i modelli sono gli stessi. Oh yea, the times they are a-changin’, ma i modelli sono gli stessi. | THE TIMES CHANGE We spoke about the law, how it had become How it would advantage some people, let them do their own business. We said: now everything is better, we know our rights But then we hushed ourselves and whispered about our freedom of speech Yes, the times change but patterns stay the same Then we spoke about war, how they spared our country And why many were so disappointed when they realised who had won. But when you tell that story that they got rid of somewhere Yes, then they stand on the carpet and say that it had always been there Yes, the times change but patterns stay the same When those whose welfare relies on us Begin to think that we are becoming an obstacle And that kicking up a big fuss Then they get their own little army Who would easily raise their head Against their own brothers and country Who flog and persecute us In the name of security SÄPO and Gestapo, it doesn't sound wise But even here there are many who would purify the race Then they lay down and pushed until the wind turns out And now it's all about IB and the big CIA Yes, the times change but patterns stay the same Yes, the times change but patterns feel the same |
