Fallen Marines' Hymn

Ronald Mulero
Language: English

From the halls of Montezuma, to the shores of Tripoli,
We have fought our country's battles in the air, on land and sea.
First to fight for right and freedom, and to keep our honor clean;
We are proud to claim the title of United States Marine.

Our flag has flown on every breeze from dawn to setting sun.
We have fought in every clime and place, where we could take a gun.
In the snows of far off northern lands, in the sands of desert scenes,
We have served with strength and loyalty, the United States Marines.

So here's to you and to our Corps, whom we've been proud to serve.
We defended truth and innocence and we never lost our nerve.
When our parents and our children visit heaven in their dreams,
They will find the streets are guarded here by United States Marines
Who defied the Bush regimes
And their Royal Saudi schemes.
